The outer hard plastic packaging took a bit of a beating during its trip to Australia, but thanks to the excellent wrapping, the two inner plastic layers kept the rug in perfect shape.

The design they sent over was nearly spot on with what I had in mind. I did ask if they could adjust the thickness of the lines in my geometric pattern since one was a bit thinner than the other. They sent a revised design, and it turned out just right.
